Home buyer surveys

Choosing the right survey for your property

I offer a full spectrum of survey and reporting options to buyers in Guildford, Woking, Godalming, Cranleigh, Farnham and the wider Surrey area, so that you can find the best survey for your needs. By finding out the age, style, location and condition of your chosen property, I can give you advice on guidance on the type of report you need.

You don’t have to spend thousands of pounds on a home survey. There is a full range of property surveys available to home buyers. RICS property surveys are probably the best known on the market, but there are several other professional bodies who oversee survey reports too.

My reports, including RICS-accredited reports, range from concise home condition reports to in-depth building surveys and specialist advice for historic buildings and conservation work.

Click on the individual reports pages to find out more about each report, or just give me a call and I can quickly give you an outline explanation and an idea of what will work best for you.
